?? ENGWe have something very exciting happening at DepotLab this month. We are joined by yoga teacher and overall mistress of zen, Lauren Brady, who will be conducting yoga sessions at DepotLab.
Kick start your day with a slow, flowing and energising yoga practice. We’ll wake our bodies slowly with a short meditation and gentle flowy movements before we move into a slightly more dynamic practice that will get your energy pumping for the day ahead. You’ll leave the class feeling more awake, calm and ready to take on the day from a more mindful headspace.
Followed by a convivial breakfast offered by DL's team.
