To nurture us from the inside out, we will continue this winter to balance and nurture our nervous system and body-mind connection every Friday in August through breathing and mindful Hatha Yoga Movements.With mindful hatha movements, we create space in our body, relax our mind, and restore our nervous system in a small, cozy, and gentle space.
The group is held by Doreen, a Certified Yoga Teacher, Psychotherapist (PBANZ NZ reg. 552085), and registered Creative Arts and Dance / Movement Therapist. (DTAA prof. Reg. No. 220-11).
Doreen has trained in many areas and worked with people from many walks of life. In her work, she also invites Restorative Movement Psychotherapy and TBMA (the Body-Mind Approach) to support our Nervous system, chronic pain, and MUS (Medical Unexplained Symptoms).
What to bring:
Bring your yoga mat (otherwise provided) and wear comfortable clothing.
