About this Event
Join us for our first beach side yoga and wellness fest! Starting at 7AM to move with the sunrise, we will offer mini yoga classes until noon. This gives you the opportunity to sample a number of different styles of yoga & mingle with like-minded people, all the while being under the sun and beachside, breathing in ionized air to reduce inflammatiom almost instantly!
Marty, of Full Circle Music, will lead drum circles throughout the day! Bring your own, or try one of the few Marty will bring. Enjoy lounging by the beach, while shopping local artisan vendors & sipping cacao! We look forward to sharing this holistic event with you!
