Yoga Nidra relaxes the mind and body, reduces stress, and increases feelings of rest and relaxation. It is often said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel like 2-4 hours of sleep. Bring your yoga mat and whatever pillows, blankets, or eye masks you might wish to use for your own comfort, as you rest on the floor.Pre-registration: Only 10 Spots available!
