Yoga Nidra relaxes the mind and body, reduces stress, and increases feelings of rest and relaxation. It is often said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel like 2-4 hours of sleep. Bring your yoga mat and whatever pillows, blankets, or eye masks you might wish to use for your own comfort, as you rest on the floor. A mat, blanket, and pillow or cushion for behind the knees is recommended. Space is limited to 10 participants, so register today! About the Instructor - Aimee is a 200 YT yoga teacher who has been teaching in the Aberdeen area since November 2020. She specializes in vinyasa classes, restorative classes, prenatal and postnatal yoga, as well as guided meditations. Aimeeās favorite part of teaching yoga is providing a safe, judgment-free space for others to move freely, breathe deeply and feel whatever emotions surface while practicing.
