Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice that invites you to relax completely while remaining consciously aware. In this session, you will lie down and be gently led through a journey of breath awareness, body scanning, visualization, and intention setting.
This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress, release tension, and promote general wellness. No prior experience is necessary—Yoga Nidra is accessible to all bodies and all levels of practice.
We have extra mats, pillows, and bolsters, but feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing. The cost is $10 drop-in.
