Yoga Nidra is known as 'the yoga of sleep’ and studies show that 1 hour spent in Yoga Nidra equates to approximately 4 hours of deep sleep.Experience total relaxation as you journey through a guided meditation with Jill, accompanied by Jennifer and her soothing vibrations of sound, with the intention of stepping peacefully into your weekend rested and rejuvenated.
You're encouraged to rest in Savasana for the entire hour and studio props will be available for your use and comfort. Feel free to also bring along any favorite pillow/blanket to enhance your journey.
