Often called yogic or psychic sleep, Yoga Nidra guides you into a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep. In this liminal space, the nervous system can soften, the body can rest profoundly, and the mind can access layers of awareness that are often unavailable in daily life.
This practice is especially supportive for those navigating stress, anxiety, insomnia, low mood, recovery, or the long-term effects of trauma. No movement or prior yoga experience is required, just the willingness to rest.
During this class, trained Reiki practitioners will offer gentle, hands-on or hands-off Reiki energy to participants, further supporting relaxation, regulation, and energetic balance.
