Yoga Nidra focuses on calming the mind and the body by guiding you into a state of deep relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. Your mind will take a journey through breath awareness, a body scan, visualization as well as positive affirmations all while your body is resting in a supported savasana. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.
