Join Angie Fox of Heart Center Holistic Therapies the last Sunday of each month at 6pm inside Snyder Dojo.She will invite you to have a mindful presence in your body as you find deep relaxation within. Following the guided journey a short singing bowl meditation will occur.
These meditations are available on a sliding scale to support access for all. Participants must register to join.
