Do you have trouble sleeping? Are you suffering from stress anxiety? Or chronic pain? Have you tried meditating but find it difficult? Are you turned off by physical Yoga or suffering from an injury? Do you wish to improve your memory or/and unleash your creative self or have a problem that needs resolving but no ideas have come up yet?
20 Minutes Is The Equivalent To
2 hours Of Sleep
Yoga Nidra includes no movement stretching or strengthening. All you need to do is lie down in a comfortable position and be open to receiving all the benefits. This deep relaxing technique will rejuvenate
In this 2 hour event you will receive a 20 minute Nidra a forty-minute Nidra accompanied with a mini sound bath and an opportunity to meet others and share your experience of the journey you received.
- When you come back you are renewed and more detached which enables you to see things more clearly.
- Your body is renewed on a cellular level
- You will feel energised yet grounded.
In this state your muscles soften giving you the same results of a massage. Some would say it is even deeper because the effects of sound healing will transmit and vibrate within you for days afterwards.
In my repertoire you will hear different sounds such as shurti box singing bowls percussion instruments a shamanic drum and the naked voice. These musical instruments will be used either as sound effects to enhance the theme of the Nidra; by way of a Sound Bath or played over you to aid healing.
Sound Healing is a growing phenomenon that you don’t have to believe in to receive its positive effects. Just sit back and enjoy!

My Yoga Nidras are rarely abstract I tend to be inspired by the calendar year we live by seasons festive holidays healing techniques life as well as life beyond. Hence you will experience a movement of mental lucidity between a dream/ sleep state of awareness.
Type Of Tickets Available
There is a cap on ticket spaces social distancing is practiced.
You can either purchase a single ticket for one session at a standard price of £15.00 or come to the whole event for £28.00. Not including ticket sellers fees.
Is; TheVirtualHolisticCentreMembersenter the code if you are a monthly subscriber to the online hub. It will give you a discount but you will have to prove you are a member when you show up.
If you choose to attend the first session only. Please roll up any items and in a pile in the corner of the room. If you are attending the event from the start please arrive 15 mins ahead of time. Whereas attendees of the second session should arrive promptly on time as stated on the ticket because the doorbell is loud and there may not be anyone to let you in until the first hour has finished.
If you intend on joining the group for the 2nd session ONLY please wait quietly outside the room or the centre. I will let you in when it is time. Please do not talk as you enter the room (for part 2 only) as people will be transitioning out of a very still place.

Entering & Exiting
If you choose to attend the first session only. Please roll up your borrowed items and place them in a pile in the corner of the room.
If you intend on joining the group for the 2nd session ONLY please wait quietly outside the room or the centre. I will let you in when it is time. Please do not talk as you enter as not to disturb others who have transitioned into a quiet still place.
This is a fully equipped venue but for your own comfort & covid protection you may wish to bring your Yoga or camping mat or a single sheet. So you can place it on top of the cushioned mats available on the day. Please also bring a blanket pillows and 2 cushions to make your nest comfortable. The more comfortable you are the deeper the experience you will have.
Due to the pandemic nibble won’t be offered but PPE will. However I do advise that you bring a piece of fruit chocolate nut/ oat bar or something to eat. To help ground you before you leave. So you can make a safe trip home.
Please arrive on time so you may be admitted without a problem. Some Nidras’ can induce ‘out of body sensations’ so if you suffer from a mental health condition of disassociation I do not advise the practice of Yoga Nidra for you.
Please check parking restrictions and be mindful not to block anyone.
