Myself and @tobeawarrior will be back at @wearewellness for a peaceful celebration of inner light, renewal, and connection. 🌟

Emily will create soothing soundscapes with her Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, while I guide you through a Yoga Nidra practice that will lead you into a state of deep relaxation between wakefulness and sleep.
