This is a carefully curated Yoga Nidra and sound journey, guided by an award-winning Sound Therapist (Sound Therapist of the Year 2025/26), designed to support nervous-system regulation, deep relaxation and mental clarity.

Each element of this experience is intentionally chosen. You’ll be cocooned in a luxuriously cushioned faux sheepskin, with a fleece blanket and pillow provided, allowing your body to fully soften and be held — no effort, no expectation, just rest.

Ideal if you’re carrying stress, mental fatigue, poor sleep, or simply want to experience rest at a deeper level than standard sound baths.
