This is a weekly class that takes place every Thursday, 7:15pm at Om Shanti Yoga School in Tequesta. Yoga Nidra is a profoundly healing guided meditation experience that takes you through the 5 koshas (layers of being).
It is very relaxing and accessible to all as it is done lying down in supported savasana.
