This form of guided meditation, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful relaxation method that transitions you to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. It can alleviate anxiety symptoms by fostering mental tranquility and promoting a state of intense physical and emotional relaxation, which in turn can enhance self-awareness.The Yoga Nidra session will be led by Susan Forche, guiding participants into a profound state of relaxation known as yogic sleep, or NSDR.
