Following a fun interactive tutorial where you’ll learn more about the ancient practice of Nidra, Rachel Wagner will assist you in creating a “nest” with bolsters and blankets where you will lay in savasana pose. Then simply allow your body to sink into a zen-like state by setting your intention, following a full-body scan, and listening to a beautiful story.
