About this Event
This Yoga Nidra Session offers a simple, grounding pathway into deep rest. You’ll be guided to lie down comfortably and move through a gentle sequence of awareness through the body and breath. As tension releases and your energy settles, the constant hum of thought begins to quiet and rest makes space.
This practice is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling mentally tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body.

What To Expect:
When you arrive, you’ll be invited to settle in, like you’re making a small nest for your nervous system. You may lie down on your mat (or remain seated if that feels better), and you’re welcome to use the props provided: blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows so your body can feel supported and safe.
We’ll begin with a gentle grounding: breath, settling, and a quiet orientation to the Journey. Then you will be gently guided through this experience.
At the end, we’ll return slowly with time for silence, integration, and a gentle closing. You may feel peaceful, tender, lighter, or deeply rested. (Often people describe it as “my whole system finally exhaled.”)
