About this Event
Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation inwhich you are guided to deeply relax your physical body, while the mind stays awake. It is in this state that we can access the subconious, allowing you to both conciously and unconciously release limiting beliefs, and plant new seeds of intention. When our subconious messaging changes, the body and your life will follow suit.
While Yoga Nidra does not replace sleep, this practice is so deeply restful for the body that 1 hour is equal to 4 hours of sleep.
What to bring:
Bell Fitness has some props, but the more you have the better. I suggest bringing a mat, a couple of blankets, and a pillow or bolster. The more comfortable you are, the more benefit you recieve. Keep in mind this meditation is done lying down for the hour.
