You are INVITED as Nidra lover, teacher, psychologist, doctor, healer or someone with a curiosity for Nidra to attend this wonderful two-days Yoga Nidra Immersion.Besides learning about the history, philosophy and science behind Yoga Nidra you will receive 8 to 12 Nidra's in this weekend.
You will also gain a better understanding of what happens to the brain-functions and consciousness when it’s in the deep state of Nidra.
