This workshop begins with a short series of gentle, floor-based movements to release tension and help the body settle. No flexibility or yoga experience is needed.Afterward, you’ll rest comfortably on your back in savasana for a guided Yoga Nidra practice. Once you’re settled, there’s nothing to do. You simply listen and rest.
Yoga Nidra is a scientifically studied form of guided relaxation shown to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve sleep quality, and support mental and emotional recovery. Many people experience a level of rest similar to deep sleep while remaining gently aware.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring water. You may also want a light layer for warmth.
This workshop is ideal if you feel stressed, tired, overwhelmed, or simply in need of deep, effortless rest.
No prior yoga or meditation experience required.
