The practice will start with gentle yoga postures followed by a meditation that will guide your conscious mind through thought patterns, emotions, images, and sensations that can lead to a greater understanding of your own creativity, insight, and self-worth.
This special event is available to everyone whether you have experience with yoga and meditation or are brand new to both.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Yoga mats are available at the studio for borrowing.
