With a focus on stability and openness, Emma will guide you through gentle breath, nature-inspired imagery, and mindful awareness, creating space to feel supported, steady, and ready for new beginnings.

The space will be thoughtfully prepared to support stillness, with soft lighting, grounding scents, and a soundscape inspired by nature’s renewal. All comforts are provided — mats, blankets, bolsters — though you’re welcome to bring anything personal that helps you feel completely relaxed.

Whether you’re seeking balance, clarity, or simply a pause from the pace of life, this is a chance to feel grounded and centred as the season of spring unfolds.
