In this series, we’ll explore the koshas—the layers of body, mind, and spirit—through guided Yoga Nidra and neuroscience-informed practices that support the core pillars of resilience.Experience rest as a path to balance, renewal, and the calm center within you. We will also go over the basic neuroscience of stress and trauma, how the practice of yoga and meditation can increase our wellbeing as a path to balance, renewal, and the calm center within you.
