Settle into the season of thanks with this deeply restorative practice.Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a unique opportunity for profound rest where your body completely relaxes while your mind remains gently awake and alert—the perfect state for planting seeds of gratitude.
We'll begin with a few moments of light, gentle stretching to release any lingering tension, preparing your body for complete comfort. Then, Aliceann will guide you through a meditation sequence designed to cultivate an authentic attitude of thankfulness within.
The journey will include a body scan, breath awareness, rich visualization, and thoughtful externalization, guiding you away from the noise and gently back to a full, serene return of awareness.
We recommend you to dress comfortably and with layers as the body temperature drops as you sink deeper into a relaxed state.
We have blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows available on a first-come, first-served basis but you are also welcome to bring your own favorite props to help you feel you coziest!
