Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Crown Studios. Immerse yourself in a deep state of relaxation with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that helps you unwind and destress.
During this event, you will be surrounded by beautiful colors to enhance your experience and promote a sense of calmness. Let go of your worries and dive into a world of tranquility.
No prior experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. Just bring yourself and an open mind to fully enjoy this unique experience.

Know before coming:
You will be welcomed in a unique and cozy artist’s space where lights will be played during the session as you ease into deep relaxation.
For the comfort of all, please arrive at 7:15 pm, 15 minutes before the starting time of the 7:30 pm class, as we won’t be able to let you in once the session has started. This will leave plenty of time to settle in and get comfortable. Feel free to bring your own mat.
To amplify the power of color therapy, please wear black garments for the session.
Space is limited to a few spots. Tickets are sold on a “First come first served” basis.
Your facilitator:
Caroline started her journey with color in 2011, providing guidance and insights as a color specialist to many industries and as an artist alchemizing flower and food waste into Color.
She has been practicing yoga for almost 15 years and received certifications in sound healing therapy, reiki, nidra, and kundalini yoga, learning directly from extended training with her gurus in India and Indonesia.
Combining her skills with chroma, art therapy, and wellness, she has been alchemizing both matter and energy to continue healing herself and others.
Her dedication to creating a holistic healing space and accompanying others in their soul journey will certainly inspire and support you on your path as it did to many others.
