This style of class combines the deeply therapeutic effects of breathwork which activate and sensitize the nervous system with the deeply relaxing somatic practice of yoga nidra which changes your brain waves to be deeply restorative Theta waves of sleep.
Sound will be incorporated throughout this workshop with singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other items to help enhance the experience.
