Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of Yoga; dating over 2,000 years, provides internalized focused relaxation and healing through sound & breath. Ushering us to a place just between waking and sleep, where we are naturally disengaging from stress producing thoughts; allowing the body to naturally and deeply restore itself. 35 - 40minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3hrs of restful sleep.

This is all achieved while keeping to one position/pose (Savasana) the inter time - laying flat or sitting (if unable to lay flat on your back). While made comfortable with mats, blankets and supportive pillows. It is very accessible and easily modified to support those with mobility challenges.
