Begin with gentle, mindful movement to prepare your body for deep relaxation. From there, settle into a comfortable position—either lying down in savasana or seated—while Christine guides you through a 45-minute Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” invites you into a state of conscious relaxation, where true restoration can occur.
As you rest in stillness, you’ll also experience the calming resonance of a sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments facilitated by Alana. The harmonious vibrations will help quiet your mind, reduce stress, and enhance the meditative experience.
This session is accessible to everyone, whether you’re new to meditation or seeking a deeper connection with your inner self.
