Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Welcome to Sound & Nidra! Join us for a blissful experience of sound healing and yoga nidra at Spark Life - Fitness • Yoga • Holistics. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you relax and unwind during this in-person event. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations and find deep relaxation through guided meditation. This event is the perfect opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Come and experience the power of sound therapy combined with the restorative practice of yoga nidra. We can't wait to see you there!

What is yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that helps you deeply relax by taking you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. It's like a "yoga sleep" where you lie down, listen to instructions, and gradually let go of stress, allowing your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate. Combined with crystal singing bowls, this will be a deeply healing session.

Sparklife is located at Stella house, opposite Heaton Park Tram Stop. There is free parking located at Heaton Park Tram Stop, Whittaker Lane Car Park and Park Street Car Park.

1) Please arrive on time! Doors will be open at 1:55pm for a 2:00pm start. Doors will close at 2:05pm. Unfortunately, if you are later than this, you will not be permitted to the session (no refunds if you are late, very sorry!)

2) If you have a persistent cough or you're showing any , please DO NOT attend the session. We reserve the right to refuse entry. You can pass on your ticket to family or friends as we can't offer last minute refunds. See our cancellation policy below.

3) Please wait outside or in the corridor. Doors will be open at 1:55pm for a 2:00pm start.

4) This session is not suitable for people with pacemakers and other therapeutic electronic devices or persons suffering from severe mental health issues, epilepsy, vertigo, high blood pressure or hypertension due to the vibratory nature of the session. These sessions are not suitable for 1st Trimester Pregnancy. Please seek advice from your GP if you have any concerns prior to attending our session.

5)By attending this session you confirm that you have read all of the above and are attending at your own discression. If you have any health concerns, you have confimed with your GP that it is safe for you to attend this session

All tickets are non-refundable. Due to being a small business, I am unable to facilitate refunds at this time. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member.
