Join Sarah Ord for a Yoga Nidra and journalling workshop.


This workshop includes an introduction to Yoga Nidra, which is known as ‘yogic sleep’. A practice which delivers all the benefits of yoga without moving an inch!
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation which leads us into a deep state of relaxation, where we can disengage from our thoughts and leave the class feeling more peaceful. You will be guided through the different brainwave states to a place of total relaxation.
A sustained Yoga Nidra practice can help reduce anxiety, stress and aid relaxation, improve sleep, and boost creativity.
The workshop will also include some gentle movement, how to set up your ‘nest’ for Yoga Nidra and time to reflect and journal. Journalling is a great way to come out of the thinking mind, de-stress and declutter our thoughts. Journalling can also decrease anxiety and stress.

Perfect for:
-Beginners of yoga and those with more experience
-Busy minds and anyone who would benefit from deep relaxation and time to switch off


Equipment needed for session:

All equipment is provided.


*Please bring a pen and a notepad with you.*

*Please wear warm comfortable clothes.*



About Sarah


Sarah Ord is a qualified Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Nidra teacher. She sees yoga as her reset button. It’s her most important tool to release stress, switch off, stop constantly ‘doing’ and relax. She loves how yoga is so much more than a physical exercise and can help with anxiety, stress, low mood and a busy mind.


Sarah is very interested in yoga philosophy, mindfulness and mind management and uses yoga to teach others the tools they can use to lead a calmer life.


She believes yoga is about celebrating the progress you make on and off the mat and is about the power of the mind. She understands first hand how Yoga Nidra is a transformative practice which can improve sleep, reduce anxiety and stress and boost creativity.


She believes that yoga should be accessible for all and makes sure her classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
