Sukoon is a Deep Relaxation and Sound Healing Experience designed to gently guide you into a state of rest, stillness, and inner ease. The session weaves guided relaxation with heart-centered awareness, allowing the body and mind to release accumulated stress and tension.
This experience invites you to slow down, disconnect from daily distractions, and reconnect with a sense of quiet presence.
Sound Healing Experience
The session includes sound healing using a Tibetan Singing Bowl, played in real time by the instructor.
The subtle vibrations and tones support deep relaxation by calming the nervous system and creating a meditative, grounding atmosphere that unfolds organically during the session.
