Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep or Non sleep
deep rest (NSDR) is a powerful technique for gently
guiding your body out of the fight/flight response and
into your body’s natural state of rest and digest. It is
deeply soothing for the nervous system and allows
you to reside in a relaxed but aware state.
