REST AND RELAX Yoga Nidra and Gong Sound Therapy for relaxation, mental and physical wellbeing.
I warmly invite you to come relax and journey with the beautiful healing sounds and vibrations of the gongs and other instruments played by Marisa.
We will begin with Yoga Nidra or Yogic sleep which is a state of consciousness induced by a guided meditation, which leaves you in a state of between waking and sleep. We then move into the sound journey.
Time: 19:00 SHARP START - 20:15 END
**Please arrive 5 -10 mins before, no late entry as it disturbs the session.
Location: Rodborough community Hall, Butterow West Rodborough. Stroud, Gloucestershire GL5 3TZ.
£15 - contribution. To secure your booking please confirm your attendance via message or email.
Please bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bottle of water
Face covering at your own discretion.
