Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, is a guided form of meditation or deep relaxation. It is the state between sleep and awake. Teresa will be guiding you into a state of conscious sleep where the body is completely relaxed, but the mind stays awake and alert. During this relaxed time your brain waves slow down to the alpha state where you’re able to access your intuitive voice and receive answers, guidance, and clarity.

What to expect:
Your experience will begin with a few longer held Yin poses to start the relaxation of the body and start to quiet the mind. After making yourself comfortable, Teresa will begin the yoga Nidra meditation, lasting around 40 minutes. Following the guided meditation she will serenade you with the soothing sounds of her crystal singing bowls.
Wear something comfortable, bring a drink & whatever you need to create a comfy nest!
