Get yourself comfortable and warm, with blankets and pillows, and let yourself totally relax. You don't need any previous experience. Yoga Nidra is a practice of getting deeper into a relaxed state, with the guide of the teacher, and it can help with sleep issues, stress relief and lowering anxiety levels.
The session lasts 60 minutes, and I have all the props here if you need them, or feel free to bring your own.
