Through body awareness, breath, visualisation, and intention-setting (sankalpa), you’ll be invited to release the weight of the past year and create space for what you wish to welcome in. This practice supports nervous system reset, better sleep, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of calm and focus.
No movement or prior experience is required – simply lie down, get comfortable, and be guided.
