Join Nichi for this very special embodied retreat where she brings her work as a yoga teacher and psychotherapist together for a creative and connected experience inside and outside. Nichi has recently completed training in Outdoor Therapy and has been running retreats for 24 years.The majority of us find being outside in nature soothing, we have a deep, immersive reaction to it. It soothes our nervous system and helps us feel more grounded. We will begin with a yoga class inside so that we can connect to our breath and our body. We will then venture out onto the chevin and deepen our connection to our inner and outer landscape. After some creative and reflective work we will return to the Mistral Kitchen for group sharing and lunch.Open to everyone. Yoga will be gentle so is suitable for beginners. You need warm, waterproof clothing and walking shoes. Please bring a yoga mat. Only 10 spaces available. Lunch is included.
