Surrounded by nature and beauty we re-unite to deepen our practices. Please join us for a day in social silence (optional), turning our senses inward with rejuvenating yoga, nature bathing & sound healing with the instructors Marianne Linn and Pat York. The Fall Equinox is symbolic of transitions; it is a time for reflection and for drawing within, a time for clarifying priorities and resetting intentions.
βIn order to understand the world, one has to turn away from it on occasion."
~ Albert Camus
Our gathering will circle through mindful yoga, breath work, nature bathing, guided meditation practices and a sound bath.
It includes a nourishing organic vegetarian lunch, time for personal reflection or journaling, and a peaceful walk through nature. We'll round our day with restorative yoga, yoga nidra, one of the deepest meditations that can connect you with an inner resource of ease and well-being followed by a harmonic, exquisite sound bath and circle of sharing.
Beginners and seasoned in either yoga or meditation practice, all are welcome!
