Join the Cedar Valley Humane Society and Yoga Instructor Courtney Houselog for Yoga with Puppies on Saturday, November 8th from 9-10am!
$20 per person for a one-hour family friendly yoga class.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat and preferred equipment- CVHS does have yoga mats on hand as well!
All proceeds benefit the animals at the Cedar Valley Humane Society!
