Every week in 2025 we will discuss a different concept within Yoga! This will include philosophical and spiritual information. Some classes may have an interactive element (meditation or discussion) or be taught by a guest speaker. Topics will be added as they’re decided on! Suggested $15 donation, no one turned away for lack of funds.
