Yoga Movie Night – November 8th
Join us for an evening of community and exploration through film at our Yoga Movie Night! We’ll start the night with the thought-provoking documentary Samadhi at 5:30 p.m., diving deep into the concept of samadhi (state of meditative absorption).
Following this we’ll lighten the mood with a Disney movie (TBD) focused on emotional intelligence (EQ), bringing some fun and heartwarming moments to round out the evening.
Come as you are, and feel free to arrive or leave whenever it suits you. Bring your favorite snacks or something to share with the group to make the night even more special!
What to Expect
- Samadhi (part 1) documentary exploring meditation and consciousness.
- A lighthearted Disney movie focusing on emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Family-friendly, casual, come-and-go atmosphere.
- Time to connect with the Bhakti House yoga community.
