- 1hr 15mins - Setting intentions and finding focus in your bodmind through yoga. Taking conscious time and space with yourself while sowing seeds of kindness for the year ahead.
- 30mins - Enjoy a Valentines themed drink and treat while connecting with your fellow classmates.
- 30 mins - Wellness chat related to the theme and finish treats.

Saturday 12th April - Renew & Balance, Springing into Action
1hr 15mins - Embrace renewal and growth and celebrate the return of the sun. An uplifting and energising practice to bring you out of hibernation. Finding balance in your bodymind.

- 30 mins - wellness chat relating to the theme while you finish your treats.

Saturday 9th August - Centering & Contentment, Finding Joy & Gratitude
