Experience a Yoga Mini-Retreat at Jivana House where we will delve into the 4 Paths of Yoga.

You’ll Experience:
- 🧘♀️Pranayama & Asana (45–60 min):
Guided flow through 12 foundational Hatha yoga poses.
Learn classic Sivananda breathing exercises: - Kapalabhati (Cleansing Breath) 🌬️.
- Anuloma Viloma (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
- 🍲Shared Meal (90 min): (FOOD IS INCLUDED)
Practice karma yoga together by preparing a nourishing, satvic meal—natural, fresh, and pure vegetarian food that supports clarity, lightness, and peace 🥗.
Explore the principles behind this mindful food, join in cooking, and feel the warmth of true community as we gather at the table ❤️. - 🧘Meditation (30–40 min):
Settle into self-awareness with simple, guided practices and easy teachings. No experience needed! - 🎶Kirtan / Music (60 min):
Chanting together in Sanskrit as a group. - 🌟Philosophy Circle & Satsang (60 min):
Explore yogic philosophy in conversation and experience “satsang” (being in the company of truth), where questions, reflections, and shared wisdom are cherished. - 🤝Community Circle:
End with thoughtful sharing and reflection. Build connections, celebrate insights, and strengthen bonds with like-minded souls in a caring, open space.

The Schedule:
🕕 6:00–7:00pm — Movement & Pranayama Breathing
🧘♂️🧘♀️ We’ll stretch, move, and work through classic poses.
🌬️ We’ll cleanse our body and mind with Kapalabhati (cleansing breaths) and Anuloma Viloma (side-to-side breathing).
🍽️ 7:00–8:30pm — Cooking & Dinner Together
🍲🤝 We’ll pitch in together to make a tasty satvic meal (vegetarian and fresh)l
👩🍳🧑🍳 Everyone takes part: chopping, cooking, sharing knowledge around satvic food and laughs.
🥗 It’s nourishing food—straightforward, healthy, and delicious.
👨🍳🫂 When the food’s ready, we’ll all eat together and talk around on the floor practicing ancient traditions.
🧘♂️ 8:30–9:10pm — Meditation
🌟 Calm things down with easy, guided meditation.
🕯️ No one needs any experience—just bring an open mind.
🎶 9:10–10:10pm — Music & Chanting
🎤🪕 Sing or just listen—group chanting and music to lift our spirits.
🕉️ 10:10–11:00pm — Group Chat & Connection
💬🕉️ We’ll sit in a circle, talk about yoga, ask questions, and share ideas.
🤲 Wrap up with some time for reflection, sharing what’s on our minds, and connecting with the group.
