Yoga Mini and Me

Yoga Mini and Me is a fun and engaging class designed for young children and their parents or caregivers. This class offers an opportunity for little ones to learn mindfulness tools, social-emotional learning skills, and creative expression while connecting with others in a supportive community. Together, we will practice breathing exercises, yoga poses, and restful moments—all while using our imaginations to explore and play.

Registration Reminder: If you are bringing a support person or caregiver, please ensure you register for two tickets—one for yourself and one for your support person.

What to Expect: This 45 min class provides a playful and nurturing environment for kids to develop mindfulness and emotional regulation through:

• Mindfulness tools and breathing exercises to promote calm and focus
• Yoga poses and gentle movement to build strength, coordination, and flexibility
• Opportunities for social-emotional learning and building community connections
• Creative play to encourage imagination and self-expression

This class is designed for little ones to explore movement and mindfulness while having fun alongside their parents or caregivers.

Accessibility & Support: Open Up classes are designed to be accessible for people with and without disabilities—everyone is welcome! Our facilitators create a supportive, sensory-inclusive environment and work to meet the unique needs of each participant. Additional Information: This is a shared, welcoming space for both children and adults. Some participants may make sudden movements or sounds as they engage in class—this is part of our inclusive environment. Feel free to bring your own headphones if needed. A relaxation space is also available. We provide mats and supportive props, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
