What the day includes -
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a tapping modality that calms the mind and nervous system. The main protocol utilises tapping on acupressure points that are found along the meridian (or nadi) energy lines, this tapping can allow blockages within the energy system to release to in order to bring balance.
Positive affirmations are also used within EFT to bring a sense of love and peace to one's internal dialogue increasing feelings of compassion and gratitude, which has a positive impact on the entire system.
Pranayama or Breath Work is a crucial tool when it comes to meditation. Practicing different techniques can be either energising or calming (heating or cooling). The more energy we cultivate through breath work, the more energy the mind has. The increase in energy actually allows the mind to become calmer and less scattered. This then leads well into meditation.
Aerial yoga, an innovative blend of traditional yoga and aerial acrobatics, offers a unique experience that enhances flexibility, strength, and relaxation. By incorporating a hammock into the practice, individuals can achieve deeper stretches and explore poses that might be challenging on the ground. The hammock acts as a supportive tool, allowing practitioners to safely experience the benefits of inversion, such as improved circulation and spinal decompression, without the need for strenuous effort.
This support not only aids in achieving a greater range of motion but also instills a sense of security and confidence in those new to inversions. Additionally, the gentle sway of the hammock can induce a calming, meditative state, making aerial yoga a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, aerial yoga offers a playful and rejuvenating approach to enhancing your overall well-being.
Yin Yoga spends a few minutes in each floor based pose, allowing the body to truly open and relax. Reiki will be given throughout the session, calming the mind and the nervous system, clearing any energy blocks and allowing the body to maintain balance so it can heal itself. Whilst receiving Reiki you will spend some time on the
HigherDose PEMF and Infrared mat laced with Amethyst and Tourmaline Crystals. The mat gently heats you and bathes you in earths healing electromagnetic field, calming the mind and nervous system, supplying the body with a flow of new energy.
A healthy vegan lunch is also included 😛
