What to Expect:
In this workshop, we’ll move through a mix of mindful yoga movement, breathwork,
guided meditation, and journaling. It’s all about connecting with yourself, and
finding a little calm:
1. Yoga asana & pranayama: Yoga-inspired movements to feel more connected to
your body through accessible breathing exercises
2. Guided Meditation: A guided practice to help you get centered and gain clarity
3. Journaling: A chance to write down any thoughts or feelings that come up
during the session
4. Optional Sharing: If you feel like it, we’ll have time at the end to share your
experience with the group
About the workshop host - Kru Igor:
Igor's approach bridges the gap between traditional yoga philosophy and modern
movement techniques, making each session relatable and relevant to everyday life.
With over 600 hours of certified yoga teacher trainings, he combines a deep
understanding of movement science, anatomy, and mindfulness to create yoga and
movement practices that are both accessible and impactful.
