There isn't only one way to do yoga, meditate and journal and during this retreat, your tween/teen will learn several different ways of doing each, so they may find their style and what works best in their life. All three of these self-care practices help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and concentration plus they help build emotional strength on their own. Imagine what they can do for your tween/teen if they put them all together!During this one-day retreat, tweens/teens will learn from different teachers from Free to Be as well as from the community. They will engage in actual yoga classes and be led in different meditations throughout the day. Participants will also be given short instructions on different types of journaling and will leave with their own journal to continue their new habits at home.
