Yoga is a wellness trend that always feels relevant. It has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body.
The word ‘yoga’ can mean ‘connection.’ So, how connected are you? Not just with your body and mind, but with yourself, your soul?
Let’s sit together and meditate to release, relax, quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner self.
This is a free in-person chair-based meditation.
The meditation will start on time. Doors close at 6pm, so please arrive by 5.55pm.
