Join Britt and Erica for this informative workshop as we learn to apply all the techniques of Ashtanga Yoga to create a fun Vinyasa practice.The meaning of the word Vinyasa is ‘to coordinate breath and movement’. It also implies paying attention to where you are placing your body parts and maintaining alignment. We will loosely follow the Ashtanga sequence, but mash-up the poses with interesting variations on the typical flow. Expect to learn, explore, laugh, and sometimes feel out of your comfort zone. All levels welcome! Erica and Britt will have your back… and your front and everything in between!
Bring a water bottle, a mat and blocks if you have them. Refreshments will be available after the class.
