Welcome to Yoga Mama Café: A warm, welcoming space for mamas from all spaces (and mamas-to-be) to gather, stretch, sip, and share. Start with a gentle, grounding chair yoga flow designed specifically for pre and postnatal bodies, followed by cozy café time, light snacks, and real conversations. Mama's and little one's will enjoy a light session of sound support with movement with Anne-Marie, The Sound Yogi.
Anne-Marie Audet is a sound artist, gong nerd, yoga teacher and founder of Sound Yogi, blending ancient instruments with a touch of cosmic magic to craft immersive sound journeys. From intimate ceremonies to high-vibe festival experiences, her sessions are a portal into deep rest, self discovery, and soul-level connection. Guided by intuition and a love for both earthy rhythms and galactic frequencies, Anne-Marie transforms spaces into sanctuaries where sound becomes a wild, beautiful bridge between the human experience and the infinite Self.
